The Bureau of Animal Industry (BAI) together with NMIS, BFAR and BFAD and other concerned agencies have drafted the Implementing Guidelines on the National Veterinary Drug Residues Control Program in Foods. The objective of this guidelines is to further protect consumer's health and safety and also, to answer export trade requirements of countries such as Hong Kong, South Korea and Singapore.

In line with this the Bureau of Animal Industry is inviting the members of SOCOSPA to a public consultation scheduled on Friday, August 14, 2009 at 9:00-12:00 noon at Phela Grande Hotel.
